  • Order Processing: We ship products only after the order is confirmed and payment is fully processed. We utilize third-party shipping services to deliver orders across India.
  • Manufacturing Time: All products are dispatched post-completion of manufacturing. The estimated time for dispatch ranges from 10 to 30 working days, depending on the specific product and manufacturing conditions.
  • Notification: Updates on your order, including dispatch details, will be communicated via email or SMS after the product is shipped.
  • Tracking and Complaints: Tracking information is provided post-dispatch. Please note that shipment-based complaints must be raised within 2 days from the date of dispatch. For any issues upon receipt, please report them within 24 hours.
  • Minimum shipping days : 10
  • Maximum shipping days : 20

Special Considerations

  • Unforeseen Delays: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, power cuts, or disruptions during peak holiday seasons in North India (August, September, and October), including during Diwali and Durga Puja.
  • Non-Acceptance of Damaged Packages: If the product package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it. Instead, initiate a return by providing a detailed video showing the condition of the package upon arrival.
